Extrusion Blow Molding Services
Extrusion Blow Molding Overview
Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) is a manufacturing process for producing large quantities of bottles and containers. Plastic is melted and then extruded into a hollow tube (a parison). A cooled mold is then closed around the parison and air is then blown into it, inflating the parison into the final bottle or container shape.
CMG’s Extrusion Blow Molding machinery provides us the ability to manufacture a wide range of bottles and containers for applications such as beverages, household chemicals, foods, personal care products, and much more.
